Liner for Asphalt Transport

Feber’s design department has prepared another innovation for you: a semi-trailer with a 27 m³ steel half-pipe body, equipped with a Trivar Quicksilver HD liner.
The first trailer of this type has already been manufactured and is awaiting pickup by the customer, who will primarily be transporting asphalt mix.
Following an in-depth conversation with the customer, our sales representative recommended a semi-trailer with a steel half-pipe body and a Trivar Quicksilver HD liner. This liner prevents material from sticking to the body and allows for faster unloading. Additionally, it offers high abrasion resistance and protects the trailer floor from direct contact with the asphalt mix, significantly extending its service life. This solution perfectly meets the customer’s needs.
Other components include a Strenx steel frame, Jost Weightmaster axles, a Knorr Bremse pneumatic system, and Continental Hybrid HT3 tires.
