Aluminium body tippers

Feber’s aluminium-body semi- trailers form one of the broadest product lines offered by the company. They are designed primarily for transporting bulk materials such as sand, gravel, aggregate, coal, coke, or agricultural produce. The available range includes vehicles with a volume of 24–76 m³ and various rear closure types: internal flap, external flap, flap-door, doors, and vertical flap. The semi- trailer frame is typically made of high-quality Domex/ Strenx steel. In selected models, a swan-neck frame is available, reducing the overall height and lowering the center of gravity for better stability when tipping. An optional aluminium frame can reduce the total weight of the vehicle by up to 380 kg.

Box-type aluminium-body tippers

Box-type aluminium semi- trailers use 30 mm or 40 mm thick side panels. The floor is available in three variants: 5 mm, 7 mm, or 10 mm. Upon request, we can install internal liners—either reinforcing (aluminium or steel) or low-friction liners like Trivar QuickSilver for faster unloading.

Flap-door
Semi-Trailers with flap-door rear closures (split 50/50 or 70/30) offer capacities of 38–76 m³. These are the most versatile vehicles, suitable for transporting both bulk materials and palletised goods. Optional rear closures include standard doors or vertical flaps.

Internal flap
Semi- Trailers with internal flap closure offer volumes of 24–41 m³. This type is commonly used for transporting bulk construction materials such as sand, gravel, and aggregates. Thanks to the discharge design, these tippers are compatible with pavers, making them suitable for transporting asphalt mass.

Half-Pipe aluminium-body tippers

The Half-Pipe aluminium-body trailer consists of three main parts: side walls and floor. The side walls are made from wear-resistant aluminium sheet with a thickness of 5 mm. The floor is made of wear-resistant aluminium sheet with a thickness of 8 mm or 10 mm.

Internal Flap
Semi- Trailers with internal flap closures can have a capacity of 24–27 m³. These are typically used for transporting loose construction materials such as sand, gravel, and aggregates. They are lightweight yet highly durable—perfect for the toughest conditions such as gravel pits or quarries.

These trailers are lightweight yet very durable—ideal for transporting bulk construction materials such as sand, gravel, aggregates, coal, coke, and even agricultural produce.
