Box-type steel-body tippers

In response to the growing demand for scrap transport vehicles, we introduced a new trailer design with laser-welded side walls integrated with the top edge, enhancing the strength and rigidity of the body. This solution allows for weight optimization and a reduction of approximately 250–300 kg.
  • Doors

Tippers with rear-door closures offer a capacity of 48–77 m³. This type is most commonly used for scrap transport. The body is entirely made of Swedish Hardox 450 steel. The side walls are made of 3 mm thick steel (upper section) and 4 mm (lower section), while the floor is 5 mm thick. Optional versions include a tailgate-door combo or a standard flap. This model is characterized by a lightweight, compact structure built from top-quality components.

Half-pipe steel-body tippers

Tippers with a half-pipe steel body made entirely of Hardox 450 belong to a group of vehicles that perform exceptionally well in extreme conditions.
  • Internal flap

Semi-Trailers with internal flap rear closure offer a capacity of 24–27 m³. These vehicles are typically used for transporting sharp aggregates, sand, gravel, debris, and asphalt mix. High temperatures do not weaken the body (unlike with aluminium trailers). This type performs excellently in extreme conditions.
  • External flap

Vehicles with external flap rear closure have a capacity of 28 m³. This type is designed for transporting asphalt mix (as the high temperature does not weaken the body, unlike with aluminium trailers), sharp aggregates, sand, gravel, and debris.
