Modern Monitoring System in the Trailer

New technologies are designed to make life easier — and for years, they’ve been used across various areas of our daily lives. Increasingly, they’re also finding applications in heavy-duty transport. This time, Feber’s design department has implemented advanced technology in a dump trailer.

For one of our customers, we produced a trailer equipped with a monitoring system consisting of four cameras covering the sides, rear, and interior of the trailer. The side cameras automatically deactivate when the vehicle reaches 30 km/h, the rear camera activates when reverse gear is engaged, and the interior camera operates continuously. All cameras are wireless, and the driver can view the footage on a monitor installed in the cabin. This solution provides significantly improved visibility during maneuvers such as reversing and allows constant monitoring of the transported load.
